Print Options & Processing Times
We'll process your order within 2 business days (orders placed after 7 PM will require one additional day processing time). If you selected the professional custom design service, please allow additional time for you to review the design. Details on available print options can be found here. All cards come with envelopes.
Delivery Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Orders can be delivered to anywhere in the UK and Ireland, as well as across Europe and internationally. Standard delivery orders will take only 3-5 business days to reach any point in the UK and Ireland. For more details click here. Pre-Ordering Your Envelopes
Just below the large thumbnail image of every design, adjacent to paper types and quantity options, you will find a link to pre-order as many envelopes as you wish for 13p each. Simply click on the Pre-Order Envelopes Link to place an order and follow the easy-to-use payment instructions. At any time you may return to the My Orders page and click the Product Details Link in order to select a design. Once you've chosen a card, your pre-order envelope credit will be automatically applied during checkout. If you've already designed your card but forgot to click the Redeem link, simply enter the Pre-Order Invoice Number found in your shopping basket.

Almost all of our products require only normal postage. Please check with your local post office or visit www.royalmail.com for current postage rates.
Voucher Offers & Promo Codes
You can use either one voucher or one promo code per transaction - discount offers can't be combined. If you forget to enter your discount code during your order checkout, don't worry! Simply contact us and we'll add any valid code to your order and credit you the difference. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, a promo code discount replaces any site wide discount. Sale amounts cannot be added together.
How to Submit Photos
You will actually upload your photos when creating your design and placing your order. If you need to send us a replacement photo for any reason, please contact customer care for instructions on how to send the new image.
Black and White or Sepia Photos
You can change any colour photo to black and white or sepia colouring by using our online design tool. Our design staff can also do minor "repair work" on your photos, as well such as remove blemishes.
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor has different colour calibration, and your order may or may not contain the exact colour combinations that you see on your monitor. If you are concerned about colours please request a hard copy proof to be posted to you for your approval before your entire order is printed. There is a £3.99 fee for a hard copy proof.
